Integration of ESG Management in Elementum Energy

Client: Elementum Energy

Elementum Energy develops, owns, and operates large-scale renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on sustainability, minimizing environmental impact, and engaging with local communities. The aim of this project was to carry out a full ESG baseline screening, develop a roadmap to address identified gaps, and prepare corporate governance documentation covering all ESG dimensions. 

Project Tasks:

Preliminary assessment of ESG practices compared against international best practices (EBRD, IFC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 39001);

Identification of ESG risks, in-depth review of current management systems, and gap analysis;

Development of an ESG integration roadmap with actions, responsibilities, and timelines.

Results and Key Findings:

  1. ESG Screening Report identifying gaps and opportunities, presented as a detailed roadmap for ESG integration. 
  1. Policies and Programs on sustainability developed to enable structured ESG management within the company. 
  1. Guidance on Sustainability Reporting provided to facilitate preparation of ESG and sustainability disclosures.
