One Year of Successful Cooperation: AVgroup Consulting & GOLDBECK SOLAR Investment GmbH

We are proud to celebrate one year of cooperation with GOLDBECK SOLAR Gruppe, a key player in the renewable energy sector!

Our partnership focuses on two key directions, ensuring strong ESG governance and compliance in Ukraine’s renewable energy market.

1️. ESG Due Diligence for Ukrainian Renewable Energy Projects
Over the past year, AVgroup Consulting has conducted ESG Due Diligence processes to align the projects with EBRD’s Environmental and Social Policy (ESP, 2019) as well as international standards. To this end we have:

✅ Completed assessments for designated PV projects;
✅ Identified key environmental and social risks and designed necessary corrective actions;
✅ Developed essential ESG documentation, including Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and Non-Technical Summary (NTS) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP).

2️. Establishing a Comprehensive ESMS for Goldbeck Solar Investment GmbH
We worked alongside Goldbeck Solar Investment to develop a comprehensive Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS).

Key achievements include:
✅ Progressing towards full compliance with EBRD, IFC, EU directives, and national regulations;
✅ Conducting training sessions for Goldbeck Solar employees to enhance ESG integration across operations;
✅ Ensuring that ESG policies and procedures will be successfully implemented across GOLDBECK
SOLAR Investment GmbH and its subsidiaries.
